Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for various accounting functions. More specifically the Analyst will have the following responsibilities:

• Monitor and report on capital and major repair projects (including monthly review to establish accruals, estimated costs to complete, and cash flow projections);
• Assist in the preparation of Investment Request Forms for capital and major repair projects;
• Monitor and report on the capital expenditure program;
• Validate weekly payroll data;
• Validate distribution codes on Purchase Orders and Invoices;
• Prepare monthly and weekly reports (meeting material and monthly tables) for senior management;
• Participate in the preparation of various financial analysis;
• Provide support and assistance during the preparation of the annual business plan;
• Support the General Manager in various related activities.

• Post-secondary diploma in accounting, finance or a related discipline;
• 5 years of relevant experience;
• Demonstrated analytical skills;
• Ability to work with minimum supervision and in a team environment;
• Accurate and detailed oriented;
• Solid abilities in working with Excel, knowledge of Great Plains an asset;
• Bilingual (English and French).
