Reporting to the Manager, Financial Reporting, the incumbent will be responsible for preparing statutory statements for Brookfield Renewable Power’s Canadian entities. The incumbent will have the following responsibilities:

• Prepare interim and year-end financial statements;
• Prepare operating reports and variance analysis;
• Develop financial analysis;
• Prepare other financial information or reports as required by management;
• Support the Manager, Financial Reporting in various related activities.

• Recognized professional designation (CA/CMA/CGA);
• Two (2) years of relevant experience;
• Solid understanding of financial statements and related notes;
• In-depth understanding of GAAP;
• Able to communicate efficiently in a clear and concise manner;
• Excellent team player capable of managing priorities and meeting tight deadlines;
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word;
• Bilingual (oral and written).
